Spotted - Karl Strugnell's Colnago

Colnago

Karl's Colnago
Kent based rider Karl Strugnell will be riding Colnago in 2007

Peter Nisbet of Windwave (official importers of Colnago) has agreed to support Karl for the next two years with Colnago and FSA products.

We recently spied his training bike, which is as close as possible the same geometry as his race bike will be.

Although only ridden a few times Karl tells us that he is very pleased with both the ride quality and the responsiveness
.Peter is very pleased with the newer range of complete Colnago bikes at the entry level with this complete bike retailing at £1159.00.

The bike shown is the Primavera introduced in 2006 to a great success as part of Colnago's Made in Taiwan range and is back for 2007.

Designed and created in Cambiago, Italy, Primavera offers a distinctive Italian design and is built with heat treated 6000 series variable butted Aluminum frame tubing.

Primavera's down tube uses the same star shape tubing series as the Dream HX model, while the rear chain stays use Colnago's distinctive leaf shape section like the top of range Colnago bicycles.

The Primavera is only available as a complete bicycle in six sloping sizes and two color ways. 105, FSA group mix. Tyres now changed to Continental GP 4 seasons (not Matrix as shown).
